We do not act as a mediator or intermediary between freelancers and employers, and we are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements that may arise between freelancers and employers.
4. Fees and Payments: We may charge fees for the use of certain features of our Site and Services, such as posting a job or submitting a proposal. Any fees charged will be clearly indicated prior to the use of the feature. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our Site and Services in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property: Our Site and Services contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
